Monenco Iran signed a contract of "Sehr-i Derya" project with a Turkish company, EBRAR.
The project is an urban modern complex in Golestan province and next to Caspian Sea and has 4 phases including villas, parks, shopping centers, recreation centers, residential towers, commercial-office complexes, Health complexes etc.
The total land area is more than 2 million square meters, which has more than 705, 000 square meters building.
In this project Monenco Iran will be responsible for design and engineering services.
