Due to the importance of development of Iran’s trade relations in the region as well as expanding non-oil exports, the first exhibition of Iran’s Technical and Engineering Services in the field of Water, Electricity, and Energy inaugurated in Afghanistan’s capital with the presence of high authorities from both countries was arranged and held on Sep 22nd.
21 Iranian companies in the urban services sector and 54 companies in the technical and engineering services sector (including electricity, energy, and telecommunications) participated in the exhibition. Monenco Iran, as one of the largest engineering and consulting companies in Iran, was also invited to participate in this exhibition which was continued for three days.
High authorities including the ICT Minister of Afghanistan, representatives from Afghanistan Ministry of Finance, Regulatory and ICT Ministry, Trade Promotion Organization, Kabul Municipality as well as Iran & Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Iran Ambassador in Afghanistan and other senior executives in related industries visited Monenco Iran’s booth during the exhibition and many fruitful and productive meetings with major Afghan clients were arranged and possibilities of future collaboration were discussed.
