Scope of Work:

In this project, Monenco as the consultant and project manager is responsible for the following services:

• Consultancy and supervision services for implementation of replacing the existing SCADA master system with new SCADA/DMS system including backup control system
• Consultancy and supervision services for implementation of Cyber Security requirements for Majan Electricity Company (MJEC) and NAMA Group as its Holding Company

 Description: Based on the project background, the existing SCADA system of MAJAN has passed most of its life and it is reaching the end of its life cycle. Therefore; the system may experience problems, defects, and impairments. Accordingly; the client decided to replace it with a new SCADA system to cover its developing requirements.
