Monenco Iran Consulting Engineers recently signed a contract of “Consultancy Services for Construction of Asmalon 132 kV Power Station” with Yazd Regional Electric Company (YREC).
Considering the increase of energy demands and loads in Yazd province, development of the power grid and construction of power substations in this region is necessary.
In the first phase of this project, 132 kV switchgear of Asmalon 230/132 kV Power Substation, as one of the most important substations in Yazd Regional Electricity Company (YREC) territory, will be constructed.
The main purpose of this project is to increase the power grid reliability of Khatam City and reinforce the network to supply efficient electricity to mineral and industrial customers.
