Due to Monenco Iran performance in engineering and design services for “Replacement of Existing Overhead Distribution Network by Underground Distribution Network” in Bangladesh, the “Designing of the Power Distribution Network of Jalshiri Housing” was awarded to Monenco Iran as an extension of the existing project by BREB and Narayanganj PBS-2 companies.
The project will cover the Jalshiri area with the population around half a million located in the eastern part of Dhaka and with more than 300 MW power demand.
In this project, Monenco Iran is responsible for feasibility studies and detailed design as well as providing a comprehensive plan for the UG (underground) network in the region. It is worth mentioning that the design of the electric network is based on the existing urban planning and the information obtained from the existing electric network as follow:
1- GPS Survey
2- Providing Inventory Sheet of Network Equipment
3- Determining the Design Capacity and Placement of the Distribution Substations
4- Designing the Medium Voltage Network
5- Analysis and Estimation of Load, Modeling of Subscribers, Load Growth, etc.
