On Dec 2nd, his Excellency Mr. Osman Ali Osmanzadeh Minister of Energy of Tajikistan visited Monenco Iran headquarter. In this visit, Monenco capabilities and experiences in local and international markets were presented and future collaboration possibilities were discussed.
In addition Monenco Iran as the appointed consultant of “CASA1000” presented a brief progress report of the project to his Excellency.
It is worth mentioning that “CASA 1000” is a World Bank funded project which connects electricity grids of Kyrgyz republic and Tajikistan to Afghanistan and Pakistan by 500 kV AC transmission lines. This project is considered as the most important transmission line in Asia which points out its technical and political significance.
