Signing the Contract of “Identifying Investment Opportunities in the Smart City of Qom”

Monenco Iran has recently signed a contract of “Identifying Investment Opportunities in the Smart City of Qom”. The main client is Municipality of Qom.

Smart City is an integrated and strategic approach to develop cities to solve existing problems and take advantage of emerging and widespread opportunities for innovation and creativity. Promoting quality of life and citizen satisfaction, sustainable city development, reducing city costs, increasing the synergy of city elements and stakeholders, improving urban management decisions, and developing innovative businesses are among the most important goals of the smart city. Realizing a smart city requires two important things:

• Identifying opportunities and smart and realistic urban management planning to prioritize the required urban systems and projects which is possible with the help of experienced internal and external consultants.
• Investing on implementation of the selected urban systems through participation of public and private sectors which is based on the definition of appropriate and reliable cooperation mechanisms.
