Competency, HEMP & HSE Seminars were held on the 14th and 15th of October by Mir Engineering and Technology Management Company, one of the Monenco Iran subsidiaries, at Monenco Iran in line with the mission of Mir Engineering and Technology Management Company in providing management consulting services and general and technical courses. The seminars are described as below;
- Competency seminar which was held for Mapna Group human resources executives, managers and experts, focused on the assessment, development and growth of employees competencies and talents given the importance of human resources as one of the key pillars of an organization.
- The HEMP & HSE seminar focused on HSE leadership and management, emphasizing HSE requirements in the oil companies for top executives and managers of well-known companies active in oil, gas and energy fields. The participants of this seminar were Pasargad Energy Company, Tehran Gas Company, East Power Generation Management Company, Fajr Petrochemical Company, Petro Danial Kish, Shams Pasargad Power Generation Company and Qeshm Generation Company.
Also, this seminar was held at the Pars Oil & Gas Company (POGC) who is responsible for development of all phases of South Pars gas field.
It is worth mentioning that the international speaker of this seminar was one of the former directors of Total and Shell companies who has experiences in the oil and gas companies in Persian Gulf region.
