Organizational Culture project was conducted in this consulting engineers in July with the aim of measuring and identifying the current status of Monenco Iran organizational culture and find the best solution for desired culture. The project was implemented by the HR Department with participation of employee. The project was based on integrated cultural framework provided by the Spencer-Stuart Consulting Firm. In this model, the culture of the organization is defined as a combination of 8 cultural styles and the questionnaire of this model determines the priorities of the organization in the present and desired conditions.
In addition, 6 participants were awarded with the presence of Monenco Iran Managing Director.
