Increase of interfaces level in Electricity Supply Industry due to restructuring and emerging competitive electricity markets and consequently appearing new disputes among market participants has necessitated the designing and contriving a dispute management system aimed at the settlement of disputes. Considering the existing competitive electricity markets shows that the legal authorities in those markets has tried to resolve disputes amicably by employing modern achievements of law science on alternative dispute resolution rather referring to the court. Thus, implementing a systematic mechanism based on fairness and justice is of requirements of decreasing destructive effect of disputes on total performance of electricity market.
