Project importance:
The fundamental purpose of distribution systems is the distribution of electric energy from transmission network to customers in the most cost-saving way. Systems should operate within thermal and voltage limits, at the same time taking care of reasonable level of an energy supply quality. In line with the approach to developing the electricity power distribution network into the adequate and reliable power distribution network, "Monenco Iran Consulting Engineers" have implemented the current project.
The objectives of Master Plan are:
• To identify requirements and prepare the investment plan related to distribution network modernization, including the revitalization or reconstruction of older facilities.
• To identify requirements and prepare the investment plan related to distribution network reinforcements.
• To prepare a list of components, equipment and materials for distribution development and rehabilitation, including cost estimate.
• To identify additional investments for rural electrification.
