Monenco Iran held Empowerment Leadership Training Course base on DiSC model for its managers in order to empower the leadership skills to manage more effectively and improve work productivity. The first phase was held in winter last year and the second phase will be held in current month.
DiSC is a behavior assessment tool to learn more about yourself and others which will help understand how one person would be likely to react in specific team, management or leadership situations.
