In January, the Secretariat Office of CIGRE-Iran was established at Monenco Iran.
CIGRE (International Council on Large Electric Systems) is one of the leading worldwide organizations on Electric Power Systems covering technical, economic, environmental, organizational and regulatory aspects and CIGRE-Iran is a branch of CIGRE in Iran.
CIGRE's area of concern are organizing the study committees and working groups, holding regional and international seminars and conferences as well as publication of technical reports.
Concerning the potential capabilities of CIGRE, Monenco Iran will provide a proper opportunity for optimum utilization of its scientific services within the country.
