Monenco Iran has recently signed a contract of “Consultancy Services for Electricity Supply Methods, Grid Interconnection and Feasibility Studies for Power Plant Construction of Setareh Simin Hormoz Company”. The client is Setareh Simin Hormoz Mining and Steel Industries Company.
According to the valuable experiences of Monenco Iran, Consultancy Services for Electricity Supply Methods, Grid Interconnection and Feasibility Studies for Power Plant Construction of Setareh Simin Hormoz Company has been awarded to Monenco Iran. Since 2009, the issue of increasing the steel production up to ten million tons in the Persian Gulf Special Economic Zone has been raised. In this regard, Setareh Simin Hormoz Mining and Steel Industries Company was established for the development of steel production in the region. In this project, due to electricity supply with demand of 719 MW for this company, technical studies for grid connection and economic feasibility studies for private power plant construction are implemented.
