Monenco Iran recently signed a contract of "Consultancy Services for Construction of Sirkan – Saravan 132 kV Transmission Line". The client is Sistan & Balouchestan Regional Electric Co. Due to urban development and also agricultural activities increment in the region of Sirkan in Sistan and Balouchestan province, the energy demand has increased in this region. Therefore, Sistan and Baluochestan Regional Electric Company (SBREC) for supplying the energy required in this region, plans to construct second part of Sirkan- Saravan 132 kV Transmission Line for connecting Saravan substation to Sirkan new substation.
