Monenco Consulting Engineers Group has been in business with more than half a century of experience in providing engineering services, business and industrial projects consulting and management, research & development plus site supervision in the fields of electricity generation, transmission and distribution, new energies, oil and gas and petrochemical industries, urban infrastructure such as urban planning and architecture, metro and railways, airports and terminals, telecommunications, dispatching and SCADA, smart systems and the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and data analysis, mines and metals, sustainability (health, safety and environmental subjects), water and wastewater as well as economics, investment and supply chain.
Monenco was established in 1973 with a joint investment between the Groupian private sector and Montreal Engineering Company of Canada, and initially started its activities by focusing on the Groupian electricity industry. Currently, the Canadian Shareholder party is Wood Group.
With specialized and experienced human resources and well-known scientific and empirical support, using the latest technology and engineering methods and international standards, This consulting engineers group has always been emphasizing the principle of customer satisfaction, and in a sustainable interaction with employers and partner companies, has countinuously presented new solutions to solve problems of various industries, excell to gain a significant share in the domestic markets and fulfilling the engineering and industrial consulting needs of the homeland. Subsequently, Monenco Group has succeeded in providing broader and higher quality services to customers abroad.

As of today, Monenco Consulting Engineers Group has proudly collected 22 consulting qualification certificates and 13 project management ranks from the Country's “National Planning and Budget Organization”. The diversity and quality of engineering consulting services, along with the experienced personnel of these consulting engineers, have made cross-border partnerships and cooperation with prominent regional and international companies, providing consulting services abroad, and has created suitable opportunities to present Monenco Group’s capabilities far outside the homeland borders.
All projects implemented in the Company are managed based on the latest edition of the PMBOK standard. Given that Monenco Group is inherently a project-oriented company, it is worth noting that, this standard has been developed based on the company's current procedures, and while observing the principles of the aforementioned standard, the working method is developed and implemented based on the project management principles. As a result, our main strengths, in addition to applying project management methods based on international standards, are specialized human capital with up-to-date knowledge and a long history of successful projects, a practical commitment to the quality, scope, time and cost of each project, and ensuring the quality of management and consulting services, and technical and engineering support for clients in all stages of master palnning, feasibility study, engineering & design to execution, and beyong to end of the Client’s asset life cycle.
Monenco Consulting Engineers Greoup, with the aim of developing technical knowledge and transferring new technologies, actively present in international markets, has taken steps to form short-term or long-term partnerships with reputable international companies, has successfully established a number of companies or branche offices with the participation of local partner companies in various countries. In this regard, in order to focus on the target markets of the Middle East, Monenco Consulting Engineers (MCE) was registered in Oman in 2010, which has gained significant experience and success in the Omani market since then. Monenco Engineering Limited MEL was registered in Nigeria in 2011 subsequently, in order to access the Central African market.
In 2016, Monenco Germany was registered with the aim of accessing the European market and strengthening cooperation with European partners. In addition, the company established two branches in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in 2019, and a branch in Kenya in 2020.
In 2023, Monenco Group succeeded in establishing two branches in Cameroon and Ethiopia. It should be noted that this company also has two representative offices in Canada and Bangladesh.
