Accordingly, operation and maintenance (O&M) teams, have to go through a lot, apart from necessary coordination, in order to reach the substation. Such concerns will extend operation and maneuver duration, and consequently, in cases of fault occurrence, results in more power-outage duration. Therefore, constructing a modern SCADA system to assist O&M staff is of high importance.
