Organizational Excellence Seminar was held in Feb 2020 by Quality, HSE and Productivity Department of Monenco Iran. The purpose of this seminar was to acquaint employees with organizational excellence. The main topics of this seminar included introduction of EFQM model, fundamental concepts of organizational excellence, organizational excellence criteria, RADAR assessment logic as well as Monenco Iran organization excellence.
