Based on strategic plan of Mapna group, power generation service market (spare parts, minor and major maintenance, LTSA, etc.) is one of the interesting new markets in power generation field. Conducting market study and developing marketing strategy are first steps in order to enter the new markets. For this purpose, marketing and customer services deputy of manufacturing division awarded developing marketing strategy project to Monenco Iran. The scope of project includes review of previous works, review internal situation (strength and weakness), market study of target markets and review external situation (opportunity and threat), develop marketing strategy, define operation model and outline implementation plan and marketing.
