Signing the Contract of “Consultancy and Detail Design Services for Construction of Naghsh Rostam 66/20 kV Substation”

 Monenco Iran has recently signed a contract of “Consultancy and Detail Design Services for Construction of Naghsh Rostam 66/20 kV Substation”. The client is Fars Regional Electric Co. (FREC).

The main purpose of this project is to provide electricity to Fars and Bushehr Provinces in terms of economy improvement. Hence, Fars Regional Electricity Company (FREC) intended to construct Naghsh Rostam 66/20 kV substation which some of its benefits are as follow:

• To improve voltage profile of the local network
• To reduce voltage sage of the regional and national network
• Availability of power with acceptable quality in the area
• To supply electricity to infrastructure industrial and mining projects in the region
• To supply electricity to agricultural and residential consumers in the area
• To create new job opportunities in the whole area by providing electrical power to new industries and other sectors
