Monenco Iran recently signed a contract of "Consultancy Services for Construction of Kharameh 400/66 kV substation". The client is Fars Regional Electricity Company (FREC).
Due to growth of energy consumption in Fars province and in order to meet the projected demand and develop the power transmission and distribution system in this region, Fars Regional Electric Company intends to construct new transmission substation (400/66 kV) in Shiraz, Kharameh. Kharameh High Voltage Substation will be one of the most important substations in Fars Regional Electricity Company (FREC) territory since it supplies electricity to the efficient consumers. Therefore, due to the valuable experiences of Monenco Iran, it was decided to assign Monenco Iran for performing engineering services for construction of this important substation.
