Monenco has recently signed a contract of "Engineering Services for Tehran Metro 63 kV Substations Connection to the Electricity Network". The client is Tehran Urban and Suburban Railway Company (Metro).
In order to improve the public transportation system, lines 6 and 7 of Tehran subway are under construction in order to expand the network and connections between northwest and southeast areas of Tehran. However, one of the most important factors in this project is to supply the electricity. In this regard, Monenco Iran is responsible for technical and economic studies of connection of 63 kV Substations (a total of 6 substations) of Lines 6 and 7 Tehran subway to the electricity network.
